Carpet & Flooring COVID-19 Update

 

Following on from the latest Government guidelines, we would like to reassure our customers that all Carpet & Flooring branches will remain open throughout the lockdown period which will come into effect on the 5th November 2020. This means our trade counters and collection and deliveries will offer an uninterrupted service.

We will continue to operate from all our branches and provide a nation-wide delivery and collection service from all our Trade Counters. For guidance on our call and collect service from branch, click here.

The safety of our people, customers and suppliers is of the utmost priority and we will continue to take the following steps to help prevent the spread of the virus:

  • Providing regular advice to colleagues on maintaining the highest hygiene standards
  • Maintaining social distancing rules
  • Customers will not be asked to sign for deliveries. Our drivers will sign on behalf of the customer with note of the full name of the person taking delivery

All orders are being processed and will be fulfilled as normal. To satisfy customer orders in-line with seasonal demand, we will increase product availability throughout this period.

Our customers have always been at the heart of our business and we will always strive to have your flooring needs covered. We would like to thank you for all your support and understanding during these difficult and uncertain times and will continue to review the current situation and keep you informed of changes to our services as and when they happen.
