The Red Carpet Club is managed by a third party called TTMA, Unit 3 Hepworth Park, Brook Street, Lakeside, Redditch B98 8NZ.  Your information is shared with TTMA for the purposes of managing your account, and processing your data as listed above.  Carpet & Flooring is satisfied that TTMA operates within Data Protection Regulations.

We will not sell or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. Where we store information

All information collected on this website is stored on servers owned by TTMA’s trusted server providers which are held in physically secure locations and are protected by firewall and password based security measures. Your information will be retained for seven (7) years, after which time it will be destroyed.

The information that we collect from you will not be transferred and stored at destinations outside the European Economic Area (EEA) for the purposes of the server and hosting our website.
